Obituary for Angelia Cotton
Angelia Delores Cotton was born November 3, 1958 to Cynthia R. Hughey and James Hughey of Memphis, TN. She was the first born child of four daughters. She enjoyed spending time with family, friends and especially her grandchildren, which she called “Grammy Babies.” She had a love for decorating, cooking, holidays and her church family. No one was a stranger in her eyes, she had a love for people and would welcome anyone into her home. Although Angelia is not physically here with us, we know she is here in spirit. On Tuesday, February 25, 2020 Angelia went home to be with our Lord and Savior.
She leaves behind three children, Antwoin Hughey, Darien Cotton and Meleika Cotton; seven grandchildren (Grammie Babies), three sisters, Cheryl L. Hammond, Karen L. Munn, Michelle A. Fifer (Carey R. Fifer) and a loving mother, Cynthia R. Hughey and an abundance of family and friends.
