Obituary for Anthony Keith Jenkins
The Life of Mr. Anthony Keith Jenkins began July 25th, 1965 to the late Mr. Moses and Mrs. Geraldine Jenkins in Memphis, Tennessee. He was a well known and respected man who gave freely to others, and known to many throughout his community as J-Rock or Big Jenkins. Keith departed this earthly life on January 8th, 2016 at St. Francis Hospital of Memphis, Tennessee.
Keith leaves his beloved children, Braylan Anthony Jenkins, Tierney Jenkins, Lorna Maclin, Jacoby Marquise Maxwell, and Redd Washington; two brothers, Darcella Jenkins and Alfonso Stevenson (Mookie), all of Memphis, Tennessee to cherish his memories.
He was preceded in death by one uncle, Robert Harris, and one aunt, Virgie Lee Harris. He also leaves special memories with his aunts Debra Denise Williams (Lashley), Dorothy Hibbler, Shelia Ann Beard, Henrietta Brock (Kenneth), Contessa L. Critton (Burnell), Bobbie Richmond, his uncle John L. Harris, and his special friend, Candice Dallas Thomas.
Keith will be truly missed by all of those who knew and loved him.
Visitation will be held at 12:00- 1:00 PM on Saturday January 23, 2016 at Serenity Funeral Home.
