Bobbie Walls, age 79, Died December 9, 2025.
Bobbie Jean Walls was born on January 22, 1946, in Memphis, Tennessee, to the late West Thomas and Mary Thomas. She dedicated many years of her working life as a forklift driver at Old Spice, where she was known for her strong work ethic and reliability, until her retirement.
Bobbie Jean was preceded in death by her siblings: Willie Parker, James Thomas, Bernard Holley, Jeffery Holley, Roosevelt Thomas, Clarence Thomas, John Robert Thomas, Charles Thomas, Addie Lee Jackson, Earlene Wright, Doris Hines, and Glennie M. Johnson.
She leaves to cherish her loving memory her children, Claude Walls Jr., Yolanda Walls Gorup, Kim Wilson, and Shirley Noel; her grandchildren, Cedric Smith Jr., Guyven Smith, Janecia Walls Harris, Patrick Townsend, Patricia Townsend, and Sophia Gladney; along with a host of nieces, nephews, and great-grandchildren.
The family would like to express their sincere gratitude to Jamie and Erma Young for their unwavering support from the very beginning, especially following the loss of Bobbie Jean’s home due to fire. Special thanks are also extended to Sallie Turk and Jean White for their continued care, kindness, and support.
