Obituary for Carol McKinnon
Carol McKinnon, 53, died August 26, 2018.
Carol Latrice Luellen-McKinnon lovingly known as “Kay-Kay”
Was born to the late Nathaniel and Vidella Luellen on February 27, 1965, in San Diego, California.
She confessed Jesus Christ at an early age at St. John M.B. Church under the leadership of Pastor McGhee.
God called his beloved daughter Carol home on August 26, 2018 to precede her parents Nathaniel and Vidella Luellen and uncle Bernard Tolliver in death.
She graduated from Melrose high school in 1983.
Kay-Kay worked extensively in property management throughout the Memphis area.
Carol is survived by: her children, Dashun McKinnon of Tampa, FL, Javon McKinnon(Seville), Trae McKinnon, and Bria McKinnon all of Memphis, TN; her grandchildren, Javon McKinnon II and Skyler McKinnon. She will also be missed by her siblings, Tonya Luellen of Memphis, TN, Nathaniel Belcher, Nikkola Lewis, Nakia Lewis all of Chicago, IL, and Cassaundra Luellen of Dallas, TX; her nephews Antoine Luellen and Tremaine Luellen of Dallas, TX, and niece Tiona Gentry of Memphis, TN; her great nephews Tremaine Luellen Jr. and Torrin Burson.
She also leaves her aunts Mary Luellen and Bernice Luellen; her uncles Jerry Luellen(Lou) and Lorenzo Luellen. Carol will also be missed by a host of cousins and friends.
