Carolyn Carroll, of Memphis, TN, was born September 30, 1958, and joined her loved ones in heaven February 4, 2026. Carolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Myrtle Jones and Everett Jones, her son, John Watkins, Jr., sisters, Shirley Hopper and Brenda Fuller, and brothers Conley Jones, Jim Jones, Alfred Jones, and Wayne Jones. She is survived by her sisters, Barbara Max and Nancy Kennemore, and brothers, Fred Jones, Rogers Jones, and Clyde Jones and her loving and committed life companion, Earroll Starnes.
Carolyn loved life and had a beautiful, infectious smile. She was a kind, compassionate, and generous soul, and had a passion for cooking and feeding others. All who met Carolyn loved her and she will forever be in our hearts.
