Chester was a loving son, father brother and friend. Who cared a lot for people, especially children.
Chester accepted Christ and was baptized at an early age. During times in his life when he struggled, he found peace, solace and strength in our Heavenly Father.
Chester played an intricate roll in starting the Memphis Chapter of KAPPA ALPHA PSI FRATERNITY .
He was preceded in death by his Father Luke Hill. His Mother, Annie B. Evans Hill. His brothers William A. Hill, Luke A. Hill and Claude M. Hill.
He is survived by his children, Jasmine A. Hill, Brianna A. Hill and Brian A. Hill.
He is also survived by his sisters Annie Guy (Charles Guy), Mary Guy, Barbara Cole-Boyd (Calvin Boyd), Joyce Hill, Susan Bass (Tony Fred Bass), Jacqueline Hill and a host of nieces nephews, relatives and friends. A best friend Milnetrice Thomas and a God son, Miles Ashton Thomas.
