Dwayne Fredrick Palmer was born to the late William and Eunice Palmer on June 11, 1963, in Memphis, Tennessee.
He accepted Christ at an early age at First Baptist Church on Richard Street. His occupation was auto mechanics.
He departed this life on September 20th, 2016, at Regional One Hospital, surrounded by his family. He leaves behind to cherish his memory one daughter, Lakeisha Palmer; four grandchildren, Tra’vion, Nakaiyla, Jamarcus and Chance. He also leaves four sisters, Shirley (Willie) Branch, Jacqueline (Steven) Sails, Barbara Coleman and Josie Palmer; six brothers, Theodore (Arnetta) Palmer, Tommie Palmer, William Palmer III, James Palmer, all of Memphis, Phillip Palmer of Chattanooga, Tennessee and William (Celeste) Maxon of Madison, Wisconsin; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other family and friends.
