A Time To Plant … A Time To Love … A Time To Build
Jackie confessed her life to Christ at an early age when she joined Lane Avenue Baptist Church now World Overcomers Church under Apostle Alton R. Williams. She later moved her membership and became a devoted member of Pursuit of God Church on North Watkins under the leadership of Pastor Ricky Floyd.
Jackie was a graduate of Booker T. Washington High in Memphis, Tennessee. Her professional life began at National Bank of Commerce (NBC Bank) until their merger. She then began a career with Delta Materials and finally moved to The University of Memphis – Career Services Department where she enjoyed working and helping the many students that came through the doors.
Jackie loved her church home and serving in the children’s ministry. She was an excellent cook which she made most items from scratch. All her siblings, nieces, nephews and some cousins had a cake made every year for their birthday.
