Jacqueline Lynn Jones, died May 9, 2020.
Jacqueline Lynn Jones, born December 27, 1967 at St Joseph's Hospital in Memphis, TN, journeyed through life with compassion, laughter and determination. A joy to everyone she met, Jacqueline, affectionately known as "Jackie", said goodbye to everyone she touched on Saturday, May 9, 2020, in Memphis, TN, at home surrounded by family and friends. Jackie was the youngest of six children, born to Dorothy H. and Albert B. Jones, II. Her father, Albert, preceded her in death.
Jackie professed a hope in Christ at an early age and attended Mississippi Boulevard Christian Church. She was a graduate of The Cathedral of Immaculate Conception Class of 1987 and attended Grambling State University in Grambling, LA. Jacqueline's work career included American Airlines, American Express, and Northwest Airlines.
Jackie enjoyed outdoor sports, event planning, traveling, cooking and spending time with family and friends. She was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Jackie's contagious smile and genuine laughter pierced the hearts of so many people. She was a walking book of knowledge and could make anyone laugh no matter what they were going through. She lived life to the fullest.
Loving memories of Jackie will be cherished by her mother, Dorothy H. Jones and siblings Barbara Fleming, Phoenix, AZ; Albert B. Jones, III, Memphis, TN; Dr. LaDon Jones, San Diego, CA; Dr. Romelle Jones Maloney, Stamford, CT; and T. Clinton (Elaine) Jones, Arlington, TN. Jackie will be tremendously missed by her nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends. She also leaves cherishing memories with her "special love" Frederick Johnson.
