Jerry Lee Boyland, 71, died April 27, 2020.
Jerry Lee Boyland “Bubba” was born on November 10, 1948 in Memphis, TN to the late James Plez Boyland and Clara Bell Godwin Boyland. On Monday, April 27, 2020, the husband, father, uncle, relative and friend departed this life at the age of 71.
On July 13, 1974, he married Patricia Ann Cunningham and to that union one daughter was born, Lovie Latrice Boyland.
Jerry accepted Christ at an early age. He attended Hamilton High School. He served in the Military and was later honorably discharged. Jerry started his career in the Steel Industry and later retired from Consolidated System Incorporated after 30 years of service. He loved to fish, hunt, travel, and enjoyed being with his family. Anyone that knew him, know he loved the Tennessee Titans and the Memphis Grizzlies.
Jerry was preceded in death by his sisters, Barbara Jean Ford and Clara Jean Parham; his brothers, Harry Louis Boyland, Earl Mathis and Sylvester Peeples. He leaves to cherish his memories: wife, Patricia Ann Boyland; daughters, Lovie Latrice Boyland and Danielle Love; a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
