Kylan Patrice Hunt, 54, passed away November, 16, 2018. He was born on January 23, 1964 in Memphis, TN to George and Marva (Woods) Hunt. He graduated from Carver High School in Memphis, TN in 1981. He attended Howard University, Memphis State University, and Broadcasting School. He was a member of The Beta Chapter of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated at Howard University. He was a well-known radio personality at WDIA for a number of years as "The World Famous Kylan". He was a voracious reader and enjoyed traveling all over the world, most recently visiting Novia Scotia and Thailand. Kylan was loved by so many and was most proud of being a father, son, uncle, and brother. He leaves to mourn his passing his beloved daughter, Dallas Grace Hunt (Vanessa Ballestie) of Valrico, FL; sister, Harlyn Hunt Yeargen (Darryl); nephew, Darryl Kash Yeargen, and parents, George and Marva Hunt. He will be missed by dozens of relatives and many friends.
