Marcus Dewayne (Blue) Murphy Sr., was born March 14, 1984 in Memphis, Tennessee to Mr. Phillip Murphy and the late Mrs. Stephanie Austin Murphy.
He attended East High School in Memphis, Tennessee.
Marcus departed this life on Sunday May 16, 2021.
He was preceded in death by his mother Mrs. Stephanie Austin Murphy, his grandmothers; Mrs. Dorothy Dodson and Mrs. Cora Bell Graham, his grandfather; Mr James Graham Sr., his uncle; Mr Kenneth Dodson and a cousin; Miss Yolanda Austin.
He leaves to cherish his memory a loving father Mr. Phillip Murphy Sr., Two Daughters; Miss Sabria Murphy and Miss Sabrina Murphy; 1 Son Mr. Marcus Murphy Jr.; Marcus was the eldest out of five children. He also leaves behind; 1 Sister Elexis (Milton) Austin; 3 Brothers; Mr. Phillip Murphy Jr., Charvis ( Detricia) Austin and Terrius (Kiara) Murphy; and an honorary brother Thaddeus Hobson. He also leaves behind 7 nieces, 2 nephews, and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and friends. He will always be remembered by his family and friends as a stand up guy with “A Great Big Heart” who was a devoted father, son, grandson, brother, uncle, cousin, and a loyal friend.
