Obituary for Marilyn Louise Roberts
Marilyn Louise Roberts, 59, died May 8, 2016.
The late Marilyn Roberts was born to the late Alex Scott, Sr. and Helen Scott, who both preceded her in death. She was also preceded in death by her oldest son, Hosea Scott and five brothers, Charles Scott, James Scott, Edlephus Scott, Calvin Scott and Jerome Scott.
Marilyn (Punk) was loved by her community and leaves behind to cherish in her memory, her son, Carlos Roberts; four brothers, Alex Scott, Sr. (Evelyn), Vernon Scott, Anthony Scott, all of Memphis, TN, and Clifford Scott, of Fort Worth, TX; four sisters, Delore Scott (Charles), Sharon Smith (Michael), Delois Scott, all of Memphis, TN, and Sandra Jones (Leonard), of Fort Worth, TX.
She also leaves behind six grandchildren, two aunts, one uncle and a host of nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, May 14th at Serenity Funeral Home, 1638 Sycamore View Road, Memphis, TN 38134. Tel. (901) 379-0861.
