Paulette Barron most recently of Vicksburg, MS, was a feisty, bright, beautiful loving mother, grandmother and sister. Born on April 14, 1951, in Pittsburgh, PA.
She peacefully transitioned of natural causes on August 1, 2024, in Vicksburg, MS, with her grandson Bryson by her side.
Paulette faced medical challenges in 2024, that would have slowed most people down. If you knew Paulette, you know she did not stop and continued to boldly live life on her own terms, making every day a new experience. In her final days she had great fun visiting museums, exploring the city, and enjoying restaurants in her new hometown, while spending quality time with Bryson.
Paulette is survived by her son Reginald Ward (Darnice) of Pittsburgh, PA, daughters Senuray Horton of Strafford, MO, and Ola Richardson of Vicksburg, MS. Grandchildren, Amber Parker (Joseph), Antonio Ward, Autumn Ward, Antwone Ward-Thurman, Shakirah Stephens, Shainique Stephens and Ashante Stephens all of Pittsburgh, PA, Aisha Hughes of Chicago, IL, Bryant Ferris of Beaufort, SC, Charles Robinson (Rosie) and Solpneuma Horton of Strafford, MO; and Bryson Jones. Sisters Charlene Stacey Spann of Millboro, DE, and Dione Cecile Johns, of Pittsburgh, PA.
To honor her final wishes Paulette will be cremated, without a formal memorial service. It is their hope that in the days to come the memory of her will bring a smile to your heart and remind you to live a life full of love and adventure.
