Obituaries
Dr. Reginald Carl Phillips transitioned from this life on Saturday, November 8, 2025. The beloved first son of the late Frank Leroy Phillips Jr. and Mrs. Loraine A. Phillips was born June 17, 1958, in Memphis, Tennessee. Reginald was a lifelong member of the Temple of Love CME Church, where he remained actively involved throughout his life.
Reginald graduated from Whitehaven High School and earned his Bachelor of Science degree from Vanderbilt University in Nashville, TN. He went on to complete his M.D. degree at East Tennessee State University, dedicating his career to medicine and service to others.
Reginald is survived by his loving wife, Kathy, three daughters: Halle, Karlye (Anthony), and Sydney, and his younger brother, Ronald (Briette). A host of family and friends also mourns his loss.
