Sandra G. Edwards, died April 6, 2020.
Sandra Gail Edwards was born May 1, 1969 to Walter Jackson and Rosemary Jackson in Itta Bena, Mississippi. Her love for her parents was incomparable to any other love. Her heart for her sisters and brothers was fierce and protective. Growing up Sandra was always a go-getter and she flourished in everything she did stemming from her academics, to choir and speaking, she had a determined spirit. She loved music, singing, dancing and spending time with her family. Having eternalized the morals of love and respect from her parents, she embodied the epitome of the brightest star, she always left her mark. Everywhere she went she touched people’s hearts with her infectious smile, laughter and positive energy. Sandra gave her life over to God as a teenager at House of Prayer COGIC located in Chicago, IL. She used her spiritual strength as a tool to guide her throughout her entire life. Her magnetic personality and gentle soul will never be forgotten and will forever last through her 6 children. Her legacy that she birthed will live on forever.

Plaza, and Anniyah D. S. Edwards of Memphis, TN, two sisters; Jennifer D. Jackson-Dunn (Cortez) of Memphis, TN, Denitrius S. Jackson of Chicago IL, two brothers; Terrell Young and William Young of Evansville, IN, three grandchildren; Zhariah-Raeghan M. Chandler, Destiny R. Banks, Derek L. Chandler III, all of Memphis, TN, 1 nephew; Victorius N. Lindsey of Chicago, IL two nieces, Courtney T.
