Shirley Denise Hall, 60, died October 13, 2018.
Shirley Denise Hall was born April 27, 1958 to Betty J. Echoles and the late Charles Hill in Memphis, TN. Shirley was a graduate of Trezevant High School. She worked a few jobs before starting a 24 year long career at the VA Hospital.
Shirley accepted Christ at an early age under the late Pastor Jasper Porter at Greater Beulahland Church of God In Christ, before transitioning to Holy City Church of God In Christ, under Bishop Jerry Taylor.
Shirley was preceded in death by her father, Charles Hill; her brothers, Quincey Echoles, Reginal Hall and Larry Watts. Before boarding her flight to join them on October 13, 2018, Shirley leaves to cherish her memories two sons, Quardros Coburn (Shana) and Travis Hall; five grandchildren, Kiona Coburn, Kawana Coburn, Quardros Coburn Jr., Makenzie Coburn, and Joulés Williams; one great-grandchild, Kristian Coburn; five brothers, Gregory Porter, Enson Echoles, both of Atlanta, Chancey Sanders, of Las Vegas, Charles Hill Jr. (Sharon) of Drummonds, TN, and Terry Sanders (Tiffany) of California; four sisters, Michelle Echols, Velvella Johnson, Shantal Jones all of Memphis, and Crystal Sanders, of Las Vegas; a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, and many, many friends that loved her dearly.
