Tarshea Samantha Everlena Blue was born on October 11, 1989, in Memphis, Tennessee, to Sam E. Blue, Jr., and the late Lena O. Blue.
She was a graduate of Hamilton High School and Concorde Career College, where she began her journey in healthcare as a caregiver.
Tarshea accepted Christ at an early age and was an active member of New Direction Christian Church’s GAP Youth Ministry.She had a sweet, loving, and humble spirit. Following in the footsteps of her grandmothers and mother, she became an outstanding cook.
Tarshea transitioned to her heavenly home on November 15, 2025. She was preceded in death by her mother, Lena O. Blue; her grandparents, Ella Mae Smith, Dorothy Rodgers Blue, Sam E. Blue, Sr., and James Melvin Waddell, Sr.; her uncle, Melvin “Ness” Smith; and her aunt, Pam E. Blue.
Left to cherish her memory are her father, Sam E. Blue, Jr.; her son, Tyler E. Blue; her daughter, Tyra E. Blue; her sister, Tamika M. Clark; her nephew, Taylor L. Gales; her niece, Lena S. Clark; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, and special friends.
Tarshea’s presence will be missed immensely.
