Travis Lee Nelson, AKA: Boy 1, age 38, died September 7, 2019.
Travis Lee Nelson was born on September 6, 1981, to Elaine Osborne and stepfather Willie
Osborne. He was the oldest of four sons. Travis accepted Christ at an early age. He was self-sufficient and very independent. He loved spending time with his family and traveling. Travis enjoyed being a loving husband, father, grandfather and a friend. He was the back bone of his family as well as the glue that held it together. Travis departed this world on Saturday, September 7, 2019 surrounded by family and friends.
His grandfather, Henry Windom; uncle, Sammy Nelson; aunts: Bonnie Nelson and Tracy
Miller; and cousin, Larry Nelson (Looking Good) all preceded him in death.
Travis leaves to cherish his memory his wife Tammy Nelson; two daughters: Tia Nelson and Kamira Nelson; three sons: Edrik Kimbrel, Marques Kimbrel and Travis Nelson Jr.; his granddaughter, Delilah Bogan; his mother and stepfather Elaine & Willie Osborne; three brothers: Michael Rockett, Sammy (Keneisha) Rockett, and Kevin Rockett; grandmother, Helen Nelson; aunts: Earnestine Neal, Martha Gradick, lorna (Darryl) Bailey and Annie (Jeffrey) Jefferson; uncles: James (Ruby) Nelson, Larry (Rosemary) Nelson, Jeffrey Nelson and Michael Nelson; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends who will miss him.
