Obituary for Veronica Marie Williams
Veronica Marie Williams, 27, died December 14, 2015.
Veronica Marie Williams, 27, began her earthly journey on May 31st, 1988 in Chicago, Illinois. After residing in Chicago, Park Forest, IL for many years she later moved to Memphis, TN. She confessed a love for God and became a faithful follower of New Direction Christian Church. She entered into rest on Tuesday, December 15th, 2015. Veronica will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her for the kind, gentle spirit that she was.
Veronica was the daughter of Veottrice Whitlock and Armetha Williams. She has one brother, Vernon Williams (Chicago, IL), and three sisters, Lyrcis Yarbrough (Byhalia, MS), Jekima Coleman (Chicago, IL), and Tasha Stidum (Memphis, TN). She left behind to cherish her memories grandmothers, grandfathers, aunts and uncles, her godmother, nieces, nephews, a host of other relatives and many friends.
Veronica is survived by her high school sweetheart and the father of her son, Henry Stidum, and her son Jamari.
Visitation Monday 10:00am to 12:00pm, December 21, 2015 at Serenity Funeral Home, 1638 Sycamore View Road, Memphis TN with service to follow at 12:00pm.
