With deep sorrow and abiding love, we announce the passing of Wanda Morrow, who left this world at sunset on June 1st, 2025, surrounded by the love of her family. Born at sunrise on May 27th, 1956, Wanda’s life was bookended by light—entering and departing this world with a quiet grace that reflected the warmth she carried in her heart.
Wanda now joins her beloved mother, Reba Black, her father Lyle Glenn Black, and her dear brother Ronnie Black in Heaven. We take comfort in knowing they are reunited, embraced in eternal peace.
She is survived by her devoted husband, Roger Morrow, who stood beside her with unwavering love. Wanda was the cherished mother of two daughters, Ashley Sanders and Chelsea Lumpkin, and a proud grandmother to Kaylee Keough, Falyn Lumpkin, Keagan Lumpkin, and Reagan Loose. Her grandchildren brought her endless joy, and she poured her love into them.
Wanda was a woman of gentle strength, fierce loyalty, and boundless compassion. She loved deeply, gave generously, and touched the lives of everyone who had the honor of knowing her. Whether through a warm word, a helping hand, or simply her quiet presence, she made people feel seen and loved.
She will be missed more than words can express but her spirit will live on in the hearts of her family, in the laughter of her grandchildren, and in every moment of love and kindness shared in her memory.
A light has gone out in this world, but Heaven has gained a radiant soul. Rest peacefully, Wanda. You were deeply loved, and you will never be forgotten.
