Obituary for Reanet Lofton
Reanet Gibson Lofton, (89) departed this life to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ, on Monday August 17, 2020. Reanet married and divorced Kelly Lofton Sr., and from that union eight children were born; one preceded her in death. Bobby Dean Puckett and James Puckett Jr, both awaited her arrival through Heaven’s gate. Other loved ones greeted her as she stepped into paradise. Her mother, Lecora Anderson, Papaw and Aunt Lou, Tommie C. Taylor, Cataysa Horton, mothers, two sisters, Gussie Warren and Emma Lou Miles and a host of other friends and relatives. To cherish her memory she leaves her daughters, Berta Lofton Moss (William, Dana, Deon and Chasity), Virginia Lofton Davis (Larry and Nadia), Elaine Lofton Taylor (Zyrel and Canisha), Dale Denise Lofton (Antonio and Andrea), and Ivy Lofton Shipp (Darius and Jessica, Damien), Also, Emma Jean Lofton (Ashleigh and Jahki) of Richmond, VA. And one son, Kelly Lofton Jr. of Memphis; the children of Bobby and Jim (Tammy and Jessie, Tabrina and Ricky, Tanosha and Chris, Trent and Yolanda, and Treco). Reanet leaves a host of great grandchildren, and other relatives and friends to morn her passing. We will always love you MOTHER! A special thank you to her grandchildren who served as caregivers; Zyrel K. Taylor, Andrea S. Clark, and Tamiya D. Smith; and her two dogs, Winnie and Spicy.
