Obituary for David Clayton Barham
David Clayton Barham was born in Memphis, Tennessee to the late Bruce Earl and Dorothy Ruth Barham. He was preceded in death by two children, Ashley Nichol Barham and Dennis Michael Barham. He graduated from Sheffield High School in Memphis. He was a wonderful, kind, caring and giving father.
The man was called “Big D” for a reason, not only was he a big ole boy but his heart with his capacity to love and forgive was HUGE and his smile was infectious. The world got a little darker today. It seems like the lights have dimmed a lot lately but the homecoming with his sweet children will be glorious.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his two beloved children, Gregory “Clay” Clayton and Christopher “Brandon” Barham; a sister, Wendy Clark; a brother, Daniel Barham; two darling grand-daughters, Malia Rowe and Zoe Barham; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
