Jeremy “Big Shop” Alexander, Sr. was born on July 13, 1979, to Floyd Alexander Jr. and Jeanette Jones in Memphis, Tn.
Growing up, he attended Grandview Elementary and Trezevant High School. He also attended Tennessee Tech for carpentry. Jeremy was a kind, caring, funny, and giving person. He was a God fearing, hard working, positive, and talkative young man. A person that everyone considered a great friend. He worked at IKEA as a forklift operator. Additionally, he was a dedicated barber, landscaper, and podcast host. In his spare time, he enjoyed fishing, listening to music, and spending time with his family and friends.
He was united in Holy Matrimony to the love of his life, Latoya Alexander, on June 17, 2006. Together they created three beautiful children, Jeremy, Jr., Jordan, and JaQuoya.
Jeremy “Big Shop” Alexander, Sr. will be greatly missed by family and friends and leaves behind his loving wife, Latoya Alexander, his three children, Jeremy, Jr., Jordan, and JaQuoya. He also leaves behind his mother, father, stepfather (Robert Jones), two sisters (Alicia Jones & Undria Alexander), one brother (Charles Brice), and a host of nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, and cousins.
Jeremy will be missed.
